It should have a step-by-step guide for you if you use most common email client software for PC, and even details on Mozilla Thunderbird available for OS X.

If you're technically minded and know what you're doing, here's the basic information you will need:

Note: Your outgoing server requires authentication. Choose an option to use the same settings as Incoming Mail Server, or enter User Name and Password again the same as your incoming details.
